Simple Rules for Better Sleep

"Four rules:
  1.  Reduce the time spent in bed. 
  2. Get up at the same time every day. 
  3. Don't go to bed until you feel sleepy. 
  4. Don't stay in bed if you're not sleeping"

  1. This makes sense. I'd like to add though, that taking natural sleep aids will not only give you a good night's sleep. They're actually good for you!
